Students from Center for education "Slava Raškaj" Zagreb, together with their counterparts from Celje and Dubrovnik participated in the project activities.
Students participated in Zero Waste LTT project in Dubrovnik, tested the questionnaire, gained new skills and professional knowledge, but also visited cultural sites of the city of Dubrovnik.

Learning teaching training (LTT) activity in Dubrovnik!

In the period from 7th to 11th of June 2021 training and learning activities will take place in Dubrovnik.  Students from the catering school from  Zagreb, Dubrovnik, and Celje will train and practice the use of a new digital tool for assessing the Zero Waste level of business in the HoReCa sector, which was created as a result of project activities.
 
The activity will include conducting a digital questionnaire in hotels and restaurants on:
 
  • organization of the kitchen in HoReCa;
  • planning a sustainable diet menu;
  • planning a sustainable diet menu;
  • waste reduction and recycling;
  • packaging;
  • energy;
  • reduction of chemical and other pollution in the HoReCa sector.
